Latin for “twins”, Gemini consists of two buildings that offer over 37 thousand m2 of offices, more than 480 parking spaces and storage spaces. Both buildings have grandly designed lobbies with a reception and 24/7 access.
The GEMINI complex offers its tenants a wide range of services. You can find, for example, a reception with security, a bicycle shed, a cafeteria with a summer terrace, a pharmacy, a travel agency, a kitchen studio, branches of several international banks, a café and restaurants.
The building can be found in Prague 4 - Pankrác near the D1 motorway and the city Ring Road, opposite the Arkády shopping centre. Gemini is located right next to the Pankrác metro station on the C line. After the implementation of route D, the exit will be directly in the building.
The building, with a modern spirit and an unmistakable atmosphere, is a true example of a category "A" building. The entire complex is designed to satisfy the needs of even the most demanding tenants. The building boasts, for example, BREEAM certification and a guarantee of origin from PRE.
